How can we help?
TrackBP is a simple daily tracker for medications and vitals (blood pressure, pulse, notes). It’s free to use, with an optional Tip Jar. If you need help or want to suggest improvements, reach out any time.

FAQ
Does TrackBP collect or share my data?
No. TrackBP does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any server. Your entries stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use Apple Health data?
If you choose to connect to Apple Health (HealthKit), TrackBP can read your blood pressure and pulse from your device to help with logging. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
What if I change or replace my iPhone?
Because TrackBP stores data locally on your device, please ensure you have iCloud/iTunes backups enabled if you want your history to follow you to a new phone.
Is this medical advice?
No. TrackBP is a logging tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your clinician for decisions about your health or emergencies.
How does the Tip Jar work?
Tips are processed by Apple as in‑app purchases. We never see your payment details.
Troubleshooting
- Health permissions: Open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → TrackBP and confirm the read permissions you want.
- App won’t open / crashes: Restart your iPhone. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall TrackBP. (If you haven’t backed up, local data may be lost.)
- Tip Jar purchase issues: Sign in to the App Store and retry. For billing problems, see Apple’s support article “Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.”
