These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Discover More mobile application (the “App”) provided by DPConsulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who may use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.
2) Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time within the App (see Settings → Delete Account).
3) Content and results
The App allows you to submit responses and view generated results (e.g., personality or spiritual‑gifts insights). These results are informational only and not professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use them.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by: (a) attempting to access data that isn’t yours; (b) interfering with the App’s normal operation; (c) using automated means to scrape or harvest data; (d) violating applicable laws.
5) Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the App and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.
6) Third‑party services
The App uses third‑party services (e.g., Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
7) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. By using the App, you consent to those practices.
8) Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
9) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Account deletion can be initiated in‑app.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be effective when posted.
13) Governing law
